Well here we are 1st of November, closing in on the end of the year and I am back. Thankyou for hanging in there, I know I have not been fun to read as I haven’t posted in some time but I hope to run further with my blogs this time.
Too much has happened over the last 7 months (oh my, has it been that long) for me to give a full recap but I will undoubtedly cover many of the stories throughout my next few posts. The big news is that I am still on my diet and exercise program. I lost 30 kilos in the first 6 months of the year (YAY!!), but I then suffered a leg injury on holiday (not so yay) It has only just finished healing and I am now able to push back into exercise. Between this and diet up and downs I have put on 3 kilos in the last 4 months. That is OK but I am looking to get fully back into my exercise and take off those 3 kilos.
Health-wise I am in a lot better position. (apart from the leg) I found DDP Yoga. I will be expounding on the benefits and positivity of this wonderful program but for the moment I can only say I highly recommend it.
I weigh 153.8 kg.
