Not only necessary for weight loss and general health, exercise gives you a great kickstart into your day. I had been doing a mix of exercise that worked for all 3, but I realised there were better exercises to get the results I wanted.
I have been trying to improve the efficiency of the exercise I do; and after many a YouTube search I have come up with a routine that is working for me. This is where I found DDP Yoga. As I mentioned in PREVIOUS POST, I have made this the corner stone of my workout. I can’t say enough good things about his program so do check it out. MORE ?
I am enjoying using the various things in my little gym. Searching through YouTube I collected up some weights and crunch workouts, and use a mix of them. I do Standing Military Press, Pendlay Rows, deadlift, bicep curls and squats with a barbell. I do shrugs with a bent bar and dumbells.
I have a Crunch Bar and a Treadmill to round off my exercises. Mixing between these different exercises rounds out my health program. Any variance in workout takes a while to get into my system, so I am pushing to get into a routine as quickly as possible.
I want to keep moving forward, losing weight and muscle up a little. I hope it will help with my depression, I want it to, but I won’t hold my breath. It didn’t last time; and I think some serious drugs and therapy are needed.
